It's clear you don't understand the concept of personal repsonsibility.
It doesn't mean blaming a president for a hurricane.
It doesn't mean blaming a good man who ran a clean honest campaign and got beat.
You think personal responsibility is either finding someone to blame, or just saying "I accept responsibility" (which in liberal speak means "Now just forget it happened and move along".
