Bialosky COMPLETELY misses the point of both the 2nd Amendment and the current argument. This has NOTHING to do with the ability of a citizen to buy or sell legally obtained property. This is purely about the government building a database so that when they come for the guns (yes, they think they will and history says they will) they will know which doors to kick down in the middle of the night. The REAL point of the second amendment is to provide that the citizens be equally armed to that if the government went bad, or we were invaded, the ARMED CITIZENRY would be able to preserve their own freedom. Allowing them to incrementally restrict and then ban our weapons will lead to tens of millions of deaths.
