Further control. Don't you mean get a "national gun registry in place"? And from that step a pathway to confiscation? Yet no one is addressing the FACT that virtually all the mass shootings at schools was done by individuals with KNOWN mental health issues and ALL had been on psychotropic drugs, many for most of their lives. Now go check the side effects of those drugs. Suicidal depression and rages. Hummmm go figure. But banning guns will solve the problems huh. Yeah and people get drunk and drive so why not ban cars.

The Huffington Post reported today that mental health solutions alone can't thwart gun violence.
