Doug, you have hit the nail on the head. The issue is damaged children. Damaged by easy divorce, single mom homes, and the self esteem movement. I have always been shocked by a study done in the late 90s. They interviewed 5000 hard core inmates in fed prison. They found 85% came from single mother homes, and they had the highest self esteem of any group studied. I don't remember the name of the study now, but maybe some here will.
