Your name is Allison and you approve of racism.

Being less qualified for a job or position and being hired anyway, which is the basis for diversity, giving the disadvantaged person the chance to do well, is exactly the process of hiring the unqualified and hoping they can measure up with more time or training. It is supposed to be the other way around, if you have a lower level of education or training then it is your obligation to become qualified before you get the job.

See, if Romney is money grubbing, then why would he pay more to hire white people? Why wouldn't he just hire cheaper low skilled people?

You can't have it both ways Allitard....

You ahos never hesitate to invent things others say, BUT they never have said! Then you treat your imaginary quotes asw facts? That is insane, egotistical and pathetic. AND transparent; Why listen to you when you make stuff up?

Please explain to me your definition of "diversity" then. Admitting people to the university or giving them jobs for which they are unqualified for the sake of "diversity" is not helpful, it is destructive.

Are you really this stupid?
It is racist to promote anything that give a preference based on race.
The Black caucus or scholarships only Blacks can qualify to receive are racist by their very nature.
momham33 Wrote: Oct 07, 2012 9:21 AM
United States 101. We value exceptionalism. Diversity for the sake of diversity is racism. Oh, wait, I forget. The left CANNOT be racist. A black person cannot be racist. (The congressional Black Caucus anyone?) No minority can be racist. ONLY white people are racist. This is fun, Allison. Keep your drivel coming. It's like shooting fish in a barrel... almost too easy to refute you.

It's not racism to combat racism and achieve diversity.

If you speak against diversity YOU ARE a racist.

Oh man, what a week. My thoughts on the debate were pretty much in line with every other two-legged creature roaming the Earth, and my reaction to the blame-game in the aftermath of the Romney victory still brings a smile to my face. Who didn’t enjoy watching Chris Matthews meltdown? I got to accurately call Barack Obama “the nation’s first ‘participation trophy’ President” and point out how he’s “conducted his presidency in bubble-wrap.”

But it wasn’t all fun. The unemployment numbers came out Friday and the rate dropped from 8.1 percent to 7.8 percent. Although that sounds like...
