CNN covered our story back in Nov 2009. My husband served 20 yrs for the US Army, highly decorated & was sent to prison for an act that saved American lives in OIF 06-08, Baghdad, Iraq which at pre-surge, was one of the most violent times in Baghdad. 2 other of his soldiers were sentenced to prison as well. The FLAWED DETAINEE CATCH & RELEASE POLICY is insanity.
