Rubio is ineligible - he is not a "nbc." He was born in 1971 and his father/parents did not become a U.S. citizen until 1975.

Is Romney ready for the eligibility lawsuits that will be filed if he selects Rubio as his running mate? I can guarantee that they will be filed. We "Constitutionalists" have fought Obama not because he is half-black, but because he was not born to two U.S. citizen parents. Neither was Rubio (or Bobby Jindal).
