I watched about 6 hours of the filibuster, much of it by other senators. It was like a seminar on the Constitution and thrilled me no end. It was very refreshing to see and hear and gratifying to see other Senators showing up to add their 2 cents in support, not to mention the House members that came over. I cant' imagine why anyone would criticize Sen Paul, et al's actions.
Didn't Oscar Pistorius fire through a door? How'd that turn out?

CSCOPE also promotes communism, saying that it is the peak and goal of all systems for society. It teaches that capitalism is exploitive and just a step on the stairway of progress leading to communism.

Conservatives know that their principles lead to benefits for all people regardless of their station, their race, their gender. We need to articulate the benefits better. People respond to concrete examples of how a principle or policy benefits them personally. Rather than saying "the constitution is your best bet" you can point out the Vietnamese boat person of 1980 that now owns a thriving shrimping operation and a successful restaurant, then give them the reasons why that man was able to do that.
I like that idea very much.
We're about to find out due to Obama's war on coal and oil. Lots of union workers in the coal mines and how many jobs denied union workers on the Keystone pipeline?
