Party Wages War on GOP Voters

This is an extremely serious allegation to be making without backup data. The Voting RIghts Act forces southern GOP legislatures to draw lines where they would prefer not to at times; Texas got four more seats and the Dems won three of them, because of the courts. I would like to see some evidence that shows that angst was the cause of the West redistricting. And, BTW, let me say something about West. To me, he is a fantastic conservative, but not a well disciplined politician. Politicians, rightly or wrongly, need to know how and when to properly promote their ideas, but also know when to put a cork in it'; it didn't seem to me that West had the latter skill.

Pastor to Taunt IRS Over Free Speech

Seems to me that the pastors might very well have nothing to fear. Perhaps the "exemption" was an early straw-man designed as a pre-emptive strike to silence the pastors. Seems to me that it would be very difficult to say that donations should be treated as taxable revenue. The court arguments would be interesting.
