Marriage Equality to Triumph in 4 States

There are at least two major errors in this post. 1) There was no "marriage equality" law on the ballot in Minnesota. There was a proposed constitutional amendment to define marriage as one man and one woman. Whether or not this amendment passes, the legal definition of marriage in Minnesota will not change. 2) At the last report, yes and no votes for this amendment are tied. You should now do two things: 1) Correct your post, with an apology for very shoddy, if any, research. 2) Do your job next time.

You should get a class in reading comprehension. The article clearly states that the vote in Minnesota was concerning a ban against same-sex marriage. And the ban did not go through. So the article is correct. You may want to do some research before you berate others.

With almost all polls closed, it looks like same-sex marriage bills in Maryland, Maine and Washington have all passed to allow same-sex marriage. In most of these states this was an easy win. In Minnesota, the vote was a vote to ban same-sex marriage. It looks like most likely the ban will not pass, but it is still very close.

This is a huge victory for marriage-equality groups and many people have taken to twitter to show their support. After Politico announce the win in Maryland, many celebrities and marriage equality supporters showed their approval.

Traditional marriage supporters...
