Well, the Episcopalians Did It Again

Me, Me, Me...my desires...my urges...my sexual demands...It"s all that I am...it's how I see myself. And so...the church is destroyed... so be it... tens of thousands will no longer know God through this denomination. No summer youth camps. No childrens choir...that's OK since it's all about me.

Interestingly the 'most hated' church, Catholic, is seeing these who are despondent returning.

30 year old sexual abuse honestly addressed is playing better than current sexual abuse being encouraged as virtuous.

HOMOSEXUAL priests were at the heart of the Catholic scandal. YOu cannot mention that, but once it becomes common knowledge and it's the homosexuality that was at the heart of the Catholic scandal and now homosexuality is becoming not only ignored as a problem but ENCOURAGED, expect to see even more coming back to the one place that is not hating homosexuals (25% of gay AIDS are cared for free of charge by Catholic 'bad' wealth) but not condoning the disorder.

Dr. Gene Abel, professor of psychiatry at Emory University and a former president of the National Society for Behavioral Medicine, has researched sexual violence for more than 25 years and published extensively. He says that approximately 33 percent of all molestations are male-on-male, but only 21 percent of those male-on-male cases are committed by homosexuals. By his statistics, molestation of boys by homosexuals is 21 percent of the 33 percent, which equals 6.9 percent.

Now, you're probably right that the percentage is higher in the priesthood, but that's only because as many as half (not my estimate -- it's in Father Bernard Lynch's new book) are gay. For that you can blame the church's official homophobia and vow of celibacy.

Any male on male sexual contact is homosexual.

If male on male sexual contact is NOT homosexual, what is it?

Sandusky might not like having his nose broken, and found boys a little easier to deal with. Power over people, and the ability to manipulate them, is a turn-on for some.

Some men sought the priesthood as a place where they can have access to young boys.....they took advantage of their position as priests. Some men became teachers, boy scout leaders, coaches etc to place them in an arena where they would have the ability to take advantage of children. We don't blame the schools, the sports clubs or scouts for the men's behavior but we blame the men. The same should be said for the priests. The Catholic church did not make them homosexual, it was just a place where the predator could seek its victims.

Boys are easier victims. They are less likely to report the assault.

It's easier for men to gain access to a pool of young boys than a pool of young girls.

False Dean, absolutely false.

Episcopalian leaders continue to guide their denomination into the abyss—and no doubt, the Presbyterians (PCUSA) will soon follow.

As reported in the Huffington Post, the Episcopal denomination’s General Convention voted this week to make it illegal to “discriminate against anyone.” Specifically, that means it is now illegal to “. . . bar from the priesthood people who were born into one gender and live as another or who do not identify themselves as male or female.”

Readers of my columns and other pieces may remember my prediction that this fast train into the pit would not stop just...
