Since when did looking out for the little guy mean making it as difficult as possible for them to succeed and forcing them into government dependency? That doesn't sound like help to me. That just sounds like one evil way of enslaving a people into a Marxist totalitarian utopia to achieve more power for the Democrats.

The USDA continues its quest to drive up Food Stamp participation with a new advertising campaign. This new strategy, aimed at Spanish speaking households, might have been amusing if it wasn’t so wasteful. reports:
