Mr. Limbaugh, the next time some leftstream media type asks you how Obama remains popular despite his extremism and record, you should say, "I am but one man against all of you."

'Compromise' Is Not a Dirty Word

This column can be reduced to one simple sentence. Compromising with a person who takes a radical position is insane.
In 2008, there were few counter punches you could take against Obama because he had no record. He could have criticized Romney's term as governor or his private market record with impunity. Not now. Every attack he levels at Romney has an obvious counterattack, and every criticism comes across as hypocrisy.
Some families instill a sense of public service in their children. Folks like John Adams, George Romney, and Bush the elder. There are some military families that do the same - John McCain being a good example. Some wealthy peoplewho could sit on the beach and drink margaritas choose to serve instead. George Washington had nothing to gain by championing our independence - he did it because it was right. Apparently, Ms. Dow doesn't get this. I wonder what she thinks motivates the Kennedy's, Rockefeller, Daleys in Chicago, etc.
There's Wasserman Schulz using that word "honestly" again. Ironic. If the Dems were to win the Wisconsin recall, you can bet they'd sing a different tune. Finally, while the recall may not have repercussions, the fact that the union favorite Dem lost the primary and the Dem finalist will likely lose to Walker does tell us something about the state of affairs in Wisconsin.

Good points. The sequester spending cuts were intended as motivators, not as fiscal policy.

I thought Obama loved timetables. Didn't he have a "we can't wait" slogan? Hasn't he often said we have to pass his various agenda right now?
Like so many rock star folks, perhaps Obame surrounds himself with people who tell him what he wants to hear. In addition to the info provided by Colonel North, there is international polling that shows low favorability for the U.S., notably in Muslim nations. In fact, the Muslim nation polling is worse than at the end of the Bush administration.

Menial jobs -- isn't that what illegal aliens are for, according to our elitist friends?
Once again we see the basic differences - conservatives who object to a business practice go elsewhere, liberals who object try to get the practice outlawed. We also see that the goal of diversity is homogeneity. Ironic.
That's okay. I'm uncomfortable calling Hayes a journalist.
