That will likely happen IF we get nationwide marriage neutering and then AFTER the gender confusion activists use neutered marriage law to forcibly crush any disapproval of distinguishing of homosexual behavior from heterosexual behavior. THEN they will push to remove it from law. But currently, nobody is forced to have their marriage registered with the state. It is voluntary, but the state offers involvement to protect children, who do not consent to their arrangement in the first place.
