Charles Payne is one of my favorite commentators on the Fox Network--a man who lifted himself out of poverty to become a successful businessman and investor. His article seems to be on two different subjects. 1)Detroit's City Council demanding that Obama repay them for their support. and 2) the employment/unemployment situation. My position on the former is: Hell NO! In fact, illiterates should NOT be allowed to vote. As to the U.I., I believe that the BLS should be abolished, since the data they publish is ALWAYS wrong, little more than an estimate made by poorly informed people.
