Leadership 101 for the President

Allen I appreciate your wanting to help this Jr. President to be all that he can be though lets understand you can’t make a silk pocket book out of a sows ear. Ego turned in to eggo and set the understanding of black relationships back another hundred years.

The teaching moment showed us that if you are in power you need not apologize for your actions for that is weakness and unnecessary because you are the man. I still see the whole beer summit as nothing more than a ruse to cover up the lousy job he did in not explaining the Healthcare bill.

No matter how this administration plays it this is only about the Power Grab. You will see that once you are provided Government Health Care they own the people and can manipulate...
Why are we scrapping cars when it is environmentally harmful to build them? Why do we not drill here and drill now? Why would we send the scrap iron to china so they can pollute the air wile remanufacturing the iron into new products to sell here and put more of a strain on our US businesses? No need to ponder the question for the answer is simple we are seeing the habit of the power junky at work. Methadone will not work here but extrication from office will.
How hard it is to get the truth when you see how special interest groups run the public sector. It is only the math that shows why. As an individual I do not give a contribution in the thousands of dollars for considerations. Of course my demands are lower than the special interest groups. I only want to have honesty, understanding that my taxes will be reasonable and an open dialog with my representative in our district about the good bad and the ugly and feel he cares about serving our needs.

It has been a long time since President Eisenhower left office a lot has changed but a couple of the key ingredients have not changed, where there is money there is temptation for it is the pot of power. Also where there is money there...
We are constantly the target of divisiveness by the political electorate; we knowing that is not what they should do, but remember they only have the element of fear to sell us on ideas to harvest tax dollars from us.

The thing that bothered me the most was the neighbor who was maligned for trying to be a good neighbor by the Democratic Press (Obama Media LLC) She was trying to report a break in at her neighbors home. There are no levels to low the Obama Media outlet will go to exploit with there antics.

After seeing smoke and no fire I started to understand the true goal. Barack Obama was in trouble with his health scare proposal, the news conference showed him naked from not understanding what the wizard of Ozz (Rahm...
Jim Owens’s opposition to Cap and Trade was the first of the private sector looking at the economic and long term cause and effect. The environment considerations were nothing more than the result of public sector research of Junk Science.

Saying that this could and would affect Caterpillar’s market and employees is just the type of scare tactic that I would expect from the pro environmental groups. Let us not paint Owens change as breaking rank. I do not agree with this feeling that he should be target of being against the environment, or anti Cap and Trade.

This decision is what we would expect of a competent business man. The private sectors decisions are more direct with less emphasis on the emotion that is...

Here a Czar, there a Czar, every were a Czar Czar

Bruce Bialosky I am as baffled at this as you. All I can think of is special interest payback and a couple of questions come to mind such as are these people on the Government employee roster or are they considered private contractors. Are they considered under the rules of Perdiem for there expenses. And speaking of expenses are they auditable by the public. We seem to see no form of oversight other than Daddy Barack. How much do they make, can I be one? I wood make a good Czar of Orange Juice living in Florida.

Republicans are devious and not be trusted. Great sound bites but is it truth or is it Smear Democratic truth. You decide.

Counter terrorism is secretive by nature; the effectiveness of its outcome is the element of surprise. This is not the Marques of Queensbury rules of war. CIA, Counter Terrorism units and Home Land Security and even your local SWAT should never be under the “May I Rule”. Do you think that the al-Qaeda work by exposing there every move? They just train for there kills.

Not all training is effective and some is no longer used only from changing in objectives, this is where you get the words “Suspended”. It is not a code word

The ideology of Barack Obama should not control the internet is one to be challenged. The news media is in the hip pocket of the DNC. For complete control over the thoughts of Americans will be to confiscate the control of the internet. As we see not it is an effective exchange of rational thoughts

These are all too obvious and the control is very clear. Our constitutional right is in danger. We are all in the position of watching now is an administration out of control lusting for control with the insatiable appetite for our tax dollars. The confiscation of the internet will become part of the silencing of talk radio as well.

Understanding this is part of the solution. The action part of the solution is to ensure that...
It’s a polar expedition.

We do live in a land of thieves and exploiters but as in today’s political arena the math does not support the implied symptom.

Business exploiters who excel in the art of manipulation of the cattle know as the staff of today’s working force is not all as prevalent as we are led to believe. To think that all of America is the stereotype of

Hollywood’s vision of underdog is convincing only in the box office of video sales. It can be called trappings and trimmings, but in reel life does not reflect all of America

Inclusion, clubbing, focus groups have something in common, they are marketing tools. So how does the transfer into the Boss and work that are just oppressive. ...
Having just retired after 45 years in private and public sector it was refreshing to read Michael Medved’s article about the return on investment of executive pay. Executive pay using incentives has recurrently been a work in progress at most of the firms that I worked for. Each company used different incentives to effectively motivate the increase of revenue. Private industry’s largest concern is making market share profitably. For measuring this they use ROI (Return on Investment) to calculation anticipated profit margins.
When salary is tied to performance it has almost always been the key method for industry to drive cost effective manufacturing and benchmark sales objectives.

In the past year we have...
