Judging from what they're doing to Chick-Fil-A, I'd say that's precisely what they have in mind. You've hit the nail on the head as usual here.
Once you've legitimated qmarriage there is only "lack of meaningful consent" as a bar to any relationship previously beyond the pale. Incest would be ok, polygamy, and there are some who would argue that since dolphins are smarter than us that would be kosher too.

I always ask if they will then support the rights of those that wish to have group marriages, mutliple spouses or wish to marry their beloved animals. It's one thing for Hollywood moppets and television Muppets to protest Chick-fil-A over the fast-food chain president's support for traditional marriage. They're private citizens and entities. But when an elected public official wields the club of government against a Christian business in the name of "tolerance," it's not harmless kid stuff. It's chilling.
