If by revenue you mean tax rates, you may be right. If you think tax revenues will increase with higher rates, experience has been different. Revenues will likely drop. Now the hard part, did the perps know this when they did it? I would guess yes. They raised rates knowing revenues would decline and the economy would suffer further. Apparently this answers the current question as to whether women do a better job of leading. We have systemic failure on their watch. Ok, ladies?
