I am pretty sure that second hand smoke has never been listed on a death certificate as 'cause of death'. Furthermore, it is equally likely that no one has ever died of second hand smoke, unless you want to count house fires. Global warming, I can believe that insurance companies would accept a gift like that. Everybody else has.
