When I read this, the first thing that came to mind is what Oliver Cromwell wrote to the Church of Scotland in 1650 to wit, "I beseech you in the bowels of Christ think it possible you may be mistaken." How right Cromwell was then-- and now.

Cromwell chopped off King Charles's head. He dissolved Parliament. Cromwell was not a nice man. But he was decisive, and he didn't tolerate dissent. You think that he was right, but I have my doubts.
