"What if fathers claimed their rightful role as the protector of their little sons and daughters, stepped up to the plate and boldly declared their absolute devotion to every child they create?"

What makes you think that's not happening now? The only reason it doesn't is when a mother thinks she can do it all (with alimony and child support, of course) and sends a father packing with a divorce.

"What if husbands started pouring out unconditional and constant love on their wives in the same manner in which Christ pours love out for his people?"

Hmmm, what if wives did? Once again, 70% of divorces are initiated by women. Until 'no-fault' divorce laws are repealed, boys are absolutely right to be afraid of marriage.
