Obama's Failure to Help May Spring from Racism

As much as I hate to say this; it isn't all obama's fault; although he will do nothing to fix this. This started years ago, when we started losing the smelt, which attract the salmon, which both eat and maintain the kelp in the delta. Witout the smelt nd salmon, the delta would be overrun with algea and kelp and destroy that entire ecosystem. Our morons in Sacrmento have known this, or should have known this for years, but like the immature children that they are, which I believe they are simply mimicking their idols back in DC, they have done nothing, until, once again, we have catastrophic conditions.
