Of course they intended for the states to set up exchanges or the citizens of the state would get stiffed on subsidies. It was intended to blackmail the states into setting up exchanges or else face the fall out from people not getting subsidies.

Obama's comments stating "If even one life can be saved" rings pretty hollow from a man who is a proponent of brutally murdering around 1,000 babies a day all in the name of a woman's choice. He even supported the idea that if a baby survived an abortion that it be left to die rather than receive medical care since that was the original intent of the procedure. All the mass shootings in the USA since 1982 only add up to just over half of the death toll of a single day of abortions which he robustly supports and wants us to pay for. He is clueless and out of touch with reality and his ideas of "fundamental change" in the USA don't match what the USA has been or needs to remain, to be a relevant world power.

Yep, change is all that I have left each week on pay day. Yep, Progress as defined as getting everything they want at the expense of everyone who disagrees with them. Yep, as in our form of government as originally founded with checks and balances is no good and they need to make it into a liberal dictatorship free from restraint. Yep, they believe that everything came from nothing in a big bang and that self sustaining life was only a random event that reasonably should be happening everywhere, and of course they are such big proponents of life that they find it desirable to kill hundreds of thousands of babies a year even before they take their first breath, but are opposed to the death penalty for convicted murderers. NO THANKS!
Affirmative action is when the government sticks it's nose into something to ensure that people of all races are represented or have opportunities based on the demographic balance of the population. When in all of these elections, has the government stuck their nose into who is elected to ensure that the demographics are represented in the Presidency? Right now we even have black leaders complaining about the unfairness of one NBA team being made up of only 33% of black players, in a league where black players represent 78% of all the players, and this is a problem why? The people elect a President to office and remove him if he doesn't perform. When will the black community take responsibility for their own success or failure?
Politics is not and has never been a noble profession. You seem to be confusing being a Statesman which is honorable and being a politician which is not. What we need is to have Statesmen running the country and all the political division will go away.

Mr. Williams, I read your article with interest. You mentioned that the Constitution states ""All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills." Since the Obamacare originated in the Senate, would that make it unconstitutional because of the Origination Clause? I'm interested in your take on this.
