Men, usually. Lets also talk about that a male human can produce 5 babies (with different females) a day and female human 1 (2 occasionally if twins) a year; but babies, kids are her responsibility. Because a female human carries the young does not mean that she has sole responsibility for the cause of, or support of them, yet this is what happens in most cases. Males rarely take their responsibility serious once the act is committed. That is getting better, but after a few thousand years you would think it would be less an animal instinct thing in males and more of using thought, responsibility, and accountability. That men would step up and take responsibility before and after as a thinking person instead of instinctual actions.
