Psychology is the problem, not the solution. There must be ways of sorting "evil" from "mentally ill." Psychology has become soft and delusional in that they believe the diagnosis covers it and the medication can "manage" the disturbance within the individual, i.e., "mainstreaming," whereas previously the violent were institutionalized. I do not know where people are getting their statistics that only a small percentage of mentally ill are violent. I think it's a higher percentage, due to the time I worked in a psychiatric hospital in administration. There were rapes, assaults, vandalism/destruction due to schizophrenic fury beyond what one would believe a person capable of.
Well, that makes at least two of us who remember Romney's Mali reference in the debate. I learned something there. He knows more than anyone else; 's why they made sure he didn't get elected.
