Fortunately for you, our military is so strong that you'll likely never see an enemy storm your property, burn your house, kill your family, and cart off your possessions as booty. Torture is one of many tools our military uses in war to keep you nice and safe. If you don't like it, then perhaps you should live where you won't be protected by the strongest armed force on the planet. Then you won't have to worry about icky torture. But you WILL have to worry about staying alive.
