John..good point. The irony of all those hippies all bundled up in their LL Bean goose down jackets protesting global warming was hilarious. That just how we should treat them, by laughing.

Reminds me of the Northeast Indian tribe protesting Columbus Day or some such awhile back-not one was dressed in deerskin or loincloths for all they were protesting the 'white man's ways'...

HAAA!!! Very good, AliveInHim!
As awful as the history is of the Indians being lied to, treaties broken, etc, etc., by our US government, they were:
1) Not organized, out numbered and outgunned by technology.
2) Fought among themselves continually - ferociously and cruelly I might add. Old? No family? Freeze, grandma.
3) Not the storybook environmentalists the Left loves to portray - check out some REAL history of their buffalo hunting techniques.
The truth is, our "leaders", enviros and the Left are going to take all our rights away and everything else - or some other country will (China perhaps?) - just like the Indians had done to them if we continue to fight among ourselves and let the aforementioned run all our lives.

Chicago at 15 degrees isn’t as cold as DC at 30.

That’s why I find it hard to believe that 35,000-40,000 global warming activists, who by all rights should not have winter gear- they shouldn’t have it, nor should they be allowed to have it- showed up over the weekend in...
