Had we had aggressive Reagan Conservatives dedicated to Constitutional government, many of these problems could have been solved properly while we had a Republican pres and a Republican Congress.

We wouldn't be in the healthcare mess we're in (caused by govt regulations) had Republicans been defenders of liberty, not compromisers with liberalism.
