Latter Day Saints have never believed nor taught that Christ was a mere man. He body was conceived of a human virgin mother so that he could die for us and of an immortal heavenly father so that he could live a sinless live & be able therefore to atone for our sins & be the first fruits of the universal resurrection. Christ's spirit body was begotten before the conception of his physical body as was ours & yours & Lucifer's & it is only in that sense that we are all brothers. Jesus Christ is the only begotten of the Father in the flesh. He is our Saviour, our Redeemer and our Lord. The trinity concept is papal not biblical. PTL!

Clarification. Before Christ created our world there was a war in heaven in which Lucifer, Son of the morning, rebelled against God & led away a third of the host of heaven who thereby became with him, fallen angels alias devils who will never receive mortal bodies by being born on earth. They will torment the rest of us 2 thirds who were on the Lord's side & who get to come here to be tested. To find the biblical scriptures to support these LDS doctrines invite Mormon missionaries int your home!

I don't see an issue with a Christian supporting Romney for President (after all, I'm now supporting Mitt), but Liberty's invitation crosses the line because, after all, it is a Christian univertiy and not a Mormon one. I wouldn't nor will we ever expect a Mormon university such as BYU to invite an Evangelical Christian to deliver a commencement address. Voddie Baucham's remarks, although direct and may appear harsh, are Biblically solid:

There is a bit of a "revolt" going on at Liberty University right now over the decision to have Mitt Romney as this...
