If gun free zones work so well, what happened at the movie theater? And worse, there were actually police in the theater at the time of the massacre. How much worse would it have been if the police had to come from elsewhere? How many more dead? I think we need to require all those in favor of gun control to post signs in front of their houses that state that "this house is a gun free zone." Then the rest of us can live in relative peace while the thugs can spend their time in the gun free zones. Libs are always telling us what we can't do on our property (fly flag, dig a ditch, etc), I think we need to start telling them what they must do.

A Conservative says, "You shouldn't do that."
A Liberal says, "You may not do that."
Correction: A Liberal says, "You can't do that a**wipe!"

If private property owners can ban my right to self-defense, why doesn't that property owner then take the responsibility for my defense? The theater owner should be open to civil liability for failing to protect customers whose right to self-defense they have denied.

Or have a sign that reads, "Gun free zone, enter at own risk". Business would be "booming"!

The theater that offers a 10% discount to any CCL carriers would be the safest theater in the world.

Lord, what a great idea, but it you know your neighbor is an anti-gun advocate, just put a sign in your yards stating that your house is protected by Smith & Wesson, but the house next door has no guns. LOL

While the Left looks for more reasons to restrict our right to self defense every time an infamous shooting occurs, the standard reaction of the general population in Colorado is to stock up on guns and ammo in self defense.

It’s a reaction that’s uniquely American, where every man’s a captain. But it’s also a reaction that has a long history in the West, a history we should be proud of.

And when I say the West I really mean everywhere in America. Because at one time or another in our history everywhere from the tidewater on the east...
