Maybe it's time the 5th Amendment has an amendment added to it. That would be that NO ONE who is a Federal employee has the right to plead the 5th when the laws are broken by any Federal employee or elected or appointed to work/serve in the Government of the USA. We don't need lawyers writing the amendment, just ever day words that says if you work for the Fed and a problem comes up that you are called to testify in, then you must answer all questions truthfully and as fully as you can. Should you be found lying, you will immediately be arrested and sent to a Federal Pen to serve no less than 10 years and no more than assigned by the trial judge or person in charge of the trial. No early release for any reason.
