That, in itself, is frightening enough; but when you add the recent push to grab and/or limit the ability of private citizens to own firearms, it's a nightmare scenario, waiting to play out. It amazes me that progressives cannot see the danger in supporting this kind of behavior from the government. If the shoe happened to be on the other foot and Republicans were in power making a federal move like this, they'd be screaming at the top of their lungs. This is a danger to us all, and many people in this country are walking around with their fingers in their ears.

Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell has officially made the Old Dominion a state requiring voter identification to vote. More from AP:
