There isn't an intelligent adult in our neck of rural MO that doesn't subscribe to Castla Doctrine. It's simply the Law of Nature! I hope these residents/homeowners don't have to face too many opportunistic bad guys, but may GOD give them the strength and true aim to take out the garbage as needed. To those that posted comments about Akagi021, justly done for this thread. He deserves his own soapbox somewhere else, since what he's typing isn't bull...just the facts of previous "troubles" withing America's Govt. We're all a lttle "TENSE" given the sad state of American Affairs as well as the hardships being endured by fellow citizens in the NE!

"TENSE" is too soft a word to use. How about loading mags and being prepared for the second term of the prez should he get it. That is beyond tense.

After riots swept parts of the United Kingdom last year, I wrote about the moral argument for gun ownership. Simply stated, it is wrong to disarm law-abiding people, particularly when there is a risk of societal breakdown.

The same argument is equally applicable in the areas ravaged by the recent storm to hit the northeastern United States. As you can see from this report in the New York Post, the government is failing in its responsibility to provide law and order.
