I find it amazing how many people there are who don't know that the police must have a warrant to come in your house. Just do what this person did and tell them to get a warrant. 9 time out of 10 they will not do it. I was a police dispatcher for 20 years. I know how much trouble it is to get a warrant.

In normal circumstances, which many times the police never follow, there has to be probable cause for a warrant. However, now we have judges that do not follow the laws. Remember they were liberal lawyers before the bench perching of them.

New Jersey police and Dept. of Children and Families officials raided the home of a firearms instructor and demanded to see his guns after he posted a Facebook photo of his 11-year-old son holding a rifle.

“Someone called family services about the photo,” said Evan Nappen, an attorney representing Shawn Moore. “It led to an incredible, heavy-handed raid on his house. They wanted to see his gun safe, his guns and search his house. They even threatened to take his kids.”

Moore was not arrested or charged.
