I wasn't aware that there are a large number of inherently "illegal" guns on the street. There are several folks, felons and the mentally deranged, for whom possession of any firearm is illegal. But these same people don't seem to obey laws anyway, which is why they are called criminals. We need our immediate personal protection devices without the 911 dwell time and Texas gun control, "tight pattern on target."
