Aren't aircraft carriers a lot like floating power plants with massive kitchens? About 3 have their home ports in the area. Which head was the pre-planning done with?

There was a conference in France where a number of international engineers were taking part, including French and American. During a break, one of the French engineers came back into the room saying, "Have you heard the latest dumb stunt Bush has done? usmcpgw: Thanks for sharing this information. It just goes to show that America has the stuff. We just need someone in charge who knows how to utilize the resources we have. Rudy Guilianni is another example of someone who knows how to get things done and utilize the resources we have.

Over the weekend, I wrote about politicians high fiving each other over the "excellent" FEMA response to Hurricane Sandy, but when you hear from hurricane victims, FEMA is doing anything but working efficiently to help people.
