We constitutional conservatives are trying to take the party and the country back. We need to be following the formula that brought this society the longest running, highest level of success known in the history of the world. Government does things to people. In the rare cases where a bureaucracy does something for us it demands an untenable cost in freedom and treasure.

No one should be the least bit surprised; Reid's been talking about this for awhile, and even moved unilaterally to alter long-standing Senate rules to shield his members from difficult votes last year (mission accomplished).  Filibuster "reform:" Coming soon to a Senate near you?
