This is the same area of Florida, a NOTED democrat bastion where they tried to STEAL the election from GW Bush during the Gore debacle. Recount after recount until the Supreme Court stepped in and said enough. Hanging and pregnant chads etc. These people are as dirty as the day is long. Add to this the many areas throughout the country where Republican monitors were chased from the polling places and where NOT a single votes was supposedly cast for Romney - in dozens of precincts? It STINKS to high heaven. The dems have been trying to STEAL elections for decades and it appears that this time they succeeded. We the people should be up-in-arms

I know what you mean there justme...

I was an official Republican Observer this time and had to monitor 4 precincts in one building! Being in a Conservative county, I was welcomed and got total cooperation, which I appreciated! I have several PJs come to me and ask what I was looking for and told them exactly what I was there for and not that I was there to nail them... just observe and report! They all let me do my job. It might have helped that I reminded them I have been in there shoes many cycles before, though!

In the blue-collar counties... it got very heated...

It's too bad I wasn't there... I'd have shown them the law by there own guidelines, which I carried Hard-Copies of! Too bad the ones that accepted expulsion weren't as knowledgeable and prepared as me! Having been a Presiding Judge several Election Cycles before (and one of the best, mind you) I had the edge!

Observer training from ORCA was very lacking at best and there was too much focus on voter counting/reporting and not Precinct Observation Of Voter/Officials/Voting Machines Activity! They Failed in my opinion! I may do it again... but at a much higher level of input to Poling Management Personnel!!! That's my rule, now!

They stole Al Frankens race and made it clear that the joke is on us. Boehner? He's AWOL

Allen West isn't giving up his Congressional seat until every vote is counted properly and for good reason. West has described his refusal to concede a matter of preserving the democratic process and believes many mistakes have been made in counting ballots cast in his race against Democrat Patrick Murphy. Now, Florida Election Supervisor Gertrude Walker agrees with him and his supporters.

But West’s supporters aren’t the only ones frustrated with the St. Lucie County elections board and its supervisor, Gertrude Walker. The Florida secretary of state’s office announced this week that it is launching an...
