You're dumber than you think I think you are. The killing of Dykes was justified because: he was actively and certainly and verifiably engaged in threatening the life of the child. No one claimed it was justified because of any prescience of his future actions, that's a strawman argument. It was justified exactly for the reasons I stated the first time: because of the CURRENT actions which were OBSERVABLE IN REAL TIME.
