Jullou...In some circles that's known as the 'Eric Holder' defense. With the advent of Fast and Furious, Holder repeatedly claimed that he knew nothing, that no one was responsible, that someone else did it, etc. etc. etc. Somewhat Akin to Sgt. Schulz's "I Know Nothing!"

Of course, that was a TV show. HOLDER is claiming incompetence....who give's a rat's AZZSS if people died?
