Even if you go by scripture - Mary had choice. Her response to the Annunciation was "Let it be done unto me according to your word." And the Magnificat tells us she wanted the baby!

Obamacare would have met that instead of having to be born in a dirty stable, and risk infection, Mary would have been able to give birth at a hospital or birthing center.
