Some very twisted logic there; all about flavors and marketing when the ultimate goal is to find reasons for Big Government to sieze more control of a product and in the process tax it. I can only speak to my own experience using e-cigarettes. I began searching for an alternative to tobacco cigarettes when the Fed. Govt. mandated that all cigarettes sold in this country contain a “flame retardant”, and, stupid and I am, I don’t believe I want to inhale that stuff. On the second day of e-cigarette use, my ‘smokers cough’ completely disappeared, that was Oct. 2011. Since then on the few occasions of M.D.s listening to my heart and lungs each and every one has remarked that my lungs sound ‘wonderful’, ‘remarkably clear’ for a 72 year old. And yes, I know that I am ‘addicted’ to nicotine and use it for two specific purposes; firstly nicotine is a mild antidepressant and secondly it does raise one’s blood pressure and I tend to have low blood pressure (haveing been given a prescritpion med in the past to raise it). If ‘the children’ are such a concern in this matter, perhaps more attentive parenting may be a remedy. BTW, my preferred flavor of e-juice is Menthol and I’ll bet most of y’all did not know that Menthol is mildly ‘addictive’ too.
...and that is exactly why the U.S. should go to either the Flat Tax or the Fair Tax system. Under those scenarios we might also attain that ignored/disparaged Constitutional principle of "equal treatment under the law".
Yes, i'm sure Giggles was "overreacting" as the public servant "Officers" were approaching him/her and did constitute a grave "threat" to the "Officers". The issuing warden stated that Giggles may have had Chronic Wasting Disease" and posed a "threat" to the general State deer herd - as if we don't already have CWD in our State deer herd and have had for several years now.

Very good suggestion, but nah, because it make way too much sense and that is the one thing the US Senate seems to be lacking, good, common sense. Besides, DHS can't even keep track of suspected or known by other governments Islamic terrorists, how would they (our government) ever be able to keep track of "guest workers"? Our Government is way too busy keeping track of you and me...

What's with all the "typos" in the article?? They distract one from the logic and reasoning in both questions and answers.
Thank you Carrie, This article is a very good, concise outline of the important things to be considered in the event of prospective marriage late in life. An article to bookmark or better yet, to print.
