The "Belgian Solution" drives the Left crazy and they are trying to stop it by proposing higher taxes everywhere, giving the successful nowhere to run to. They also talk about exit taxes to fleece the successful if they do run. In the US we can still run from California to Texas but what do we do when the Great Leveler bails out profligate states at the expense of the responsible states?
