A couple of good cell phone apps could replace all of the undergraduate programs across the country. The humanities and the soft sciences are all taught from the same BS sheet anyway. Imagine the cash we could save. For the really tough stuff, like math and science, we could get Chinese professors. They have more peole on the math and science honor roll than we have students!!
