The breakdown of the public schools system is a glaring indictment against the “Great Society”. Lyndon Johnson’s wet dream has become the national nightmare. It is just plain shameful. We are getting humiliated around the world by countries with dirt floor schools. China and India have more people on the math and science honor roll than we have students. A few good cell phones apps could replace most of what is pawned off as education---right up to the post-graduate level. The US funded indoctrination systems all spiel the same revisionist anti-American anti-success socialist BS. If “Uncle Joe” Stalin could not make communism work, the self-proclaimed “eye candy” sure will not either.

In the midst of the third presidential debate in Florida, which was supposedly about foreign policy, President Obama interjected a few words about American education.

The rationale was not unreasonable. A better educated America will be a better performing and more internationally competitive America.

“Let’s talk about what we need to compete….let’s take an example that we know is going to make a difference, and that’s our education policy,” said the president.
