The 5th Amendment to the Constitution of the U.S. says that "No person shall ... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law...". It is a really bad idea to put people in jail just because a doctor or two believes them to be sick. I believe that the solution to a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun. A concealed carry license holder should be allowed to carry his/her gun anywhere a certified peace officer can carry his/hers. This is what I suggest we try.
