Norway, Sweden and Finland have corporate and dividend taxes that are lower than the US. All three have tiny, homogenious populations concentrated in a few metro areas. Norway is the worlds 5th largest exporter of fossil fuels. Sweden in Europe's leader in exporting machine tools and iron ore. None of these 3 nations belong to the socialistic EU. And you are wrong about Germany. It is in a major recession. Germany is very, very socialistic. Sweden and Norway did massive cuts to their entitlement programs in the 1990s. Try learning something.

Last night, I joined CNBC's The Kudlow Report to discuss the recent news that 18 Senate Democrats have signed a letter urging the postponement or repeal of Obamacare's destructive medical device tax.
