What is going to end up happening is that all the red states are going to end up with 3 electoral votes each (1 Congressman and 2 Senators) and the blue states will end up with all the power in both Congress and the electoral college as the red state representatives and electoral votes get transferred to the blue states and do not think for a minute that this was not a planned outcome.
