All they can say in reply is "marriage has nothing to do with's about Social Security and raising children that are not the product of the homosexual couples' "union" and why should homosexuals have to pay for a lawyer to create a power of attorney for visitation rights and wills to leave their property and blah, blah, blah, ad infinitum of sophistic reasoning.

Disagreements and projections abound in the dialogue about marriage and its redefinition to include same-sex couples. But both sides agree on one issue: redefining marriage significantly jeopardizes religious freedom—the first liberty upon which our nation was founded.
