As a military member, I hear this argument all the time. "They are already serving..." Let's go back to the policy as it stood prior to DADT. Unless you want to make all showers and latrines unisex, it is inviting sexual harassment. You would never force women to shower with men, why should men have to shower with men who are attracted to them?
